Masashi Kishimoto is a Japanese manga artist. His best selling manga series “Naruto”(1999-2014) has sold over 250 million copies around the world. His main inspirations were manga artists such as Akira Toriyama(Dragon Ball) and Katsuhiro Otomo(Akira).
