Growing up in Tokyo within a multicultural family fueled Kiko’s early passion for music. At the age of 15, she triumphed in a national international school talent contest with her rendition of “Summer Time” and delved into hosting a national radio show the following year. Shortly thereafter, she took on the lead role in the NHK kids’ musical TV show “Eigo De Asobo,” captivating families and expanding her reach through live performances and events.
In 2016, Kiko embarked on her musical journey with the release of her inaugural album, “Kodomo Lounge Eigo,” a pop delight tailored for children, which she toured across Japan. Subsequently, she released a second album and a Christmas-themed project.
In 2020, Kiko earned acclaim for her artistic prowess, securing the Best Actresses award for her role in “Aida” (In Between) at the Best Shorts Film Competition in Los Angeles, USA. Since then, she has garnered six additional best actress awards, maintaining a strong presence in both singing and acting. Looking ahead, Kiko plans to unveil more music tailored for a mature audience in 2022.
