Born and raised in Pasadena, California and raised in Newport Beach, Cynthia Cheston started her career as an actress at the age of 8 appearing in “Heart of Tomorrow”. Under the guidance of James Wilson, she ended up studying at South Coast Repretory Conservatory. Leaving America at the age of 27, Cynthia decided to move to Japan for work after appearing in many movies in the US. In Japan, she appeared in several of promotional videos and narrations for Sony, NTT Docomo, NTV “Kappo Prince”, Mister Donut,Taito, Fuji-Q Highland, Takara Belmont, NEC, Ministry of Justice VP, Japan Petroleum Institute VP, Metropolitan Police Department VP, NHK international program voice overs. She has also spent 15 years as a Jazz singer working in the top Jazz clubs and hotels in Japan.
